Whats your favorite fish to eat?

Walleye, then pike (boneless fillets). We have lots of perch in this area and its something I never target? Maybe I should.

1) Lake Superior Brown Trout super orange flesh
2) Cold water Northern Pike
3) Coho - Silvers if your an Alaskan
4) Lake trout the lean red fins not the fat siskiwit strain

I have heard it said that Walleyes are for guy who don't like fish. I really don't mind them but there are so many other better tasting fish that actually have flavor.
I suppose if thats what my primary lake had to offer i'd be all about them. May explain my affection for trout.\

Fresh Lake Erie perch, breaded in Panko and fried in the big iron skillet with plenty of seasoned salt. Tartar sauce, cole slaw, corn on the cob, and cold beer!!

Saltwater: Specs and Reds hands down.

Freshwater: Blue-cat

King Salmon,Flathead catfish two of my favorite.I like sardines,too.
