Cj here is the ticked for adding bacon.

Cut 10 jalapeño pepers long way and remove seeds then soak in water 10 min
Mix 1 cup of grated cheddar in 1 pack of cream cheese.
Stuff the peper halves with the cream cheese and cheddar
Wrap with bacon
Pre heat oven on broil then cook for 10-15 or until the bacon is cooked the way you like it.

This is pretty easy, but so yummy!

HMM lets see here, Last Sunday for the football games I had a couple of friends over. We started with Colby, Swiss and Munster with crackers. My Mom's "World Famous" Three Cheese Mac N Cheese and chicken sausage infused with Yes you know it CHEESE. And if you think that's a problem, don't get me started on my Pork addiction.
