Has anyone made Century eggs yet

Looking for century egg recipes that you hve made with good results. I fond some online but would like to know of a proven recipe. When we make some I will lat yall know how it turns out.

OK. My dad served in the Philippines during WWII he talked about something similar called Ba-loots

sorry pat wasn't here all day to answer, J was the one who was looking at it , think I will eat it in the dark but I will try it when we make some. Got to at least give it the benefit of the doubt it is a delicacy. I know I was a little iffy about sushi and quail egg shooters at first but now I cant get enough. Plus if I can stand to eat it will be a great way to preserve eggs for a longer length with no fridge if ever needed. It is suppose to be comparable to cheese in flavor.
