Well we have cleaned up the canner and put it away for another season.Final tally 60 quarts Green Beans,50 pints Pickled Beets,50 pints Salsa,30 pints Bread and Butter Pickles,25 quarts Dill Pickle Spears,45 Bags of Freezer Corn,30 quarts of Carrots,apples sauce,jam,and several jars of Taters.Dug 300# of taters for the tater Box,Steer to Butcher Wednesday.Butchered 30 chickens and a pig.cupboards and freezer are full.Going to be a Good winter.I'm so Thankful we are Blessed with are good fortune.
