here is the bologna recipe that me and my son uses.its for a 100# batch but can be reduced as needed. 50/50 venison & pork 4 oz black pepper 2 oz ginger 2 oz nutmeg 1 oz garlic powder 16 oz powder milk 1.5 quart warm water 2 lbs curing salt 8 cans of beer I use MGD but beer of choice would be fine grind venison and pork we use a couple large stainless steel bowl to mix.add meat,spices.water and beer.mix very well put in stuffer stuff casings make rings and put in smoker to taste.I find a light smoke is better.
