we still have some pear jelly, pear butter, apple jelly, apple butter, elderberry jelly left from last year. but we still are looking forward to canning our pears and apple juice.
And in a month or so got two pigs to butcher and I hope to put a deer or two in the freeze. last year we ate 3 deer and ran short. But with a newborn and 2 year old canning has been a challenge this year
We also got into beekeeping this spring and now have 4 hives so we will have a little honey this winter too.
Life is short, try and have fun!
