not much left in the garden anymore but ther sure is alot of canned veggies in the basement.made 2 gallons of refrigerator pickles,28 quarts carrots,froze 40 bags sweet corn,30+ Quarts green beans,bunch of pints pickled beets.dug 300 lbs potatoes.going to make bunch of salsa as soon as the tomatoes are ready.
Nice! ;D I always find it so satisfying after canning / preserving a bunch of stuff. I just did up 10 x 250ml jars of plum jam, and another 10 x of chinese plum sauce, plus about 20 quarts of whole plums in syrup. Wasn't even my plum tree. Someone had a sign up at the side of the road asking people to pick their plums as they had too many. I was glad to take some off their hands, and it didn't even put a dent in what was on the tree.
