Smoker construction (Updated With Pics)

Well she aint pretty but I am sure it will work, Made me a 2'X2'X4' smoker, Holds 6 racks and will have a Hanging sausage thingy too, Hope to have it up and running tomorrow night or Tuesday Aft!!

Pics to come and got about 12 Lbs of Goose sittin in brine!! ;D

Here she is, Aint pretty but will get the Job done, Just finishing off the Jerk in the Oven as a Big storm blew in and Will be hard to keep the temp at 150,

Deer Roast
Rabbit Backstraps
4 Grouse,

Should all fit in the Smoke house, Will post a Picture Fully Loaded!!
