Need a recipe.......can anyone help?

I want to know the best way to can/preserve/pickle stuffed peppers.

The kind I'm talking about are smaller sweet or hot peppers, like cherry peppers, bannna, or green chilies. These are stuffed with some sort of sliced meat or salami, with mozz cheese, then typically canned in oil.

Anyone got a recipe similar to this?

hey CJ your welcome ;D

i canned some Hungarian wax peppers stuffed with sour kraut a few years ago and added like a table spoon of olive oil to each jar sort of a sweet brine man they turned out great !

Well, I've had the peppers in the brine for 2 weeks. I added ramps (wild leeks) to this mix from the git-go. Just came back from the local meat market with some prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, ham and soft mozzerrella. Going to get them stuffed, and back in the brine jar, with some olive oil added.
I hope these turn out half as good as they look

Kind of a pain the asss to stuff, but well worth the effort
