First batch of chicken in the brine

hogkiller and I will be doing a bit of fishing this weekend, and decided to do a small batch of chickens in the smoker.
I slapped together a quick brine, injected 6 chickens and 6 Cornish hens, then put in the brine, then in the barn frig.
I'll let them soak til Saturday, then we'll fire up the smoker about noon

That looks like it will be very tasty! I might make it over Saturday at some point to drown a worm or two.

I can taste the smokey goodness already!! Your on your own though if Wade post's and wonders why that's not Morton garlic powder.

Never got a garlic sample from Wade lol I think this is going to be a good batch.
