Need tips on Berries for SE MI

I’m looking for tips on the following berry bushes….

Blueberry
Raspberry
Strawberry

Keep in mind, I am in SE Michigan. I see the starters at Home Depot…. When should I put them in the ground, what kind of things should I add to the soil to make them thrive?
