Archimedes is credited with saying"Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and i shall move the world". So even tho this feels like Redneck Technology it goes back pretty far.

I moved the layer pens today after having them sit for winter till now. I have added many bags of wood chips while the snow was flying. When dragging the pen, the chips and poop will pile up at the end of the pen and will blow out the door and possible the end wall of the pen. So I lift up the pen so I can move it with out dragging up the chips.
