If you guys do any canning I asume you make your own grape juice, two cups or more of cleaned concord grape in a quart jar, 1/2 cup of sugar [or any amount you wish] fill with boiling water and process[water bath] stores well if kept in a dark location through the winter till spring, we wouldn't use any kool-aid , just strain off a quart and share it with the kids, used to put about 100-125 each year. Thanks, Steve! We'll be tryin' that one next season as we had alot of grapes this year and only made grape jelly. Had a recipe for juice out of a book, but a little reluctant to do alot without knowing how it's going to turn out. I am getting ready to prune the grapevine and hope that they produce that much more as they have never been pruned before. ;D
I used to have grapes at my old house, I really need to get some for here. We would run some through the juicer to have a fresh glass of juice, and the rest allways went into wine.
