When out camping and I get a headache. I take my knife and find a willow tree. I cut off a few small pieces of a branch then remove the outside bark. Then carefully with my knife I lift off the white soft inner bark, comes off in strips. Boil enough water for a couple cups of tea, when the water boils I drop in a handfull of the white bark and with luck the berries are ripe a hand full of them also. remove from heat an dlet steep for a few minutes. then just drink the the tea. The willow has the same ingrediants as aspirn. If no berries are ripe i add maple suryup. Get it a try it does work. And a few strips of the bark put in your mouth next to a sore tooth helps with the pain.
