JC It sounds like you bought the wrong piece of land! 
I just read where Chris Sutton of PA leased his 154 acres to a natural gas company and became a millionaire almost over night! 
They gave him $900,000 upfront and he gets 20% off the profits! JC have you heard about this or by chance do you know this guy. Wow, talking about owning the right piece of property. Sure wish something like that would happen to me.
