1 medium baked potato
1/4 cup shredded Provolone,cheddar or swiss cheese
1/4 cup Broccoli cooked
Butter
salt/pepper to taste
split open top of potato,give it a pinch to open it up.layer half the cheese and broccoli;top with remaining cheese
