2 lbs deer sausage 3 lbs pork sausage 1 lg. white onion,chopped 1 garlic clove 1 bell pepper butter 2 cans tomato sauce salt and pepper to taste
Brown onion,garlic and bell pepper in enough butter to cover bottom of pan.Add tomato sauce and cook for 30-40 minutes.Brown sausage in separate skillet.When brown,combine both pans and simmer for 0ne hour.Add salt and pepper to taste.Add water occasionally if liquid level gets to low,Serve over noddles or potatoes.Biscuit work ,too.
