Ok we finally got everyone around on Sunday to finish opening x-mas gifts. My kids got me a Masterbuilt propane smoker.been wanting one of these for a while. I have fired it up oiled it and burned off the metal, new smell. So now I need some tips,tricks recipes etc.
Never used a propane trpe smoker.But one lesson I have learned is.Always start early don't plan on meat only taking so many hrs.Always cook low and slow and you will have the best results.

Man I took the turkey breast from the bird I got this spring. Marinated it for 2 days. Put it in the smoker at 250 for 11/2 hrs. Holey smokes that was good.
