we use venison tenderloins most of the time, but could use any meat i suppose.
mix up diced jalapeno's mix in cream cheese, slice open your meat, fill with cream cheese mix, wrap in bacon use toothpicks to hold backon on. then i usually deep fry them basically, just put some oil in pan an cook!!
my dad an i "camped" a few years ago before the opener of gun season, and he made some of these up with some velveeta mashed tata's........mmmm mmm mmm.... that wa some good eatin...
i usually slice off some pieces of deer meat intentionally for this recipe....
