hey guys thought i might ask for your help.. i'm wanting to put a foodplot on our own land in the woods. the only problem is that there are cattle that run in there too. any suggestions? oh and the cattle have to stay lol. what kind of product would you use? soil is mod. sandy throughout.
Being that its your own land, I'd just fence off the plot with some T-posts, and then run 2 strands of wire around the plot. Deer will either slide under the wire, step thru or jump the fence.
If you're wanting something that deer will eat, but cattle wont....I'd like to know myself!

Yea but what about the times I go through the drive thru and don't have pants on?---Maritimer
I agree with Cam, otherwise cows will devastate a food plot in a hurry. I'm thinking cows will want that fresh green growth that they will be hard on the fence and may get through it. Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence ya know.
